Poststreptococcal episcleritis.

Abstract This report describes the case of a patient presenting with an unusual poststreptococcal syndrome that featured episcleritis as a prominent manifestation. To my knowledge, this is the first time that poststreptococcal episcleritis has been described in the literature.
